A picture of the work: real buildings across Manchester and the North West, what our sprinkler service engineers found, and what changed for the people responsible. Each one is short on purpose, the building, the problem, the outcome.
Some clients are named with their permission, others are anonymised. Every project here is real. We would rather show three true stories than thirty vague ones.
Sample, to show the shape: the building and what was wrong, what we did about it, and what changed for the client afterwards. Two or three plain sentences, for example a residential block found mid-contract with corroded pipework behind a riser, put right and brought back to its design pressure.
Sample, to show the shape: a second project in a different sector, a care home, student block or landlord portfolio, so visitors see the range. What the annual sprinkler inspection turned up and how quickly the certificate landed.
Every project on this page started the same way: someone responsible for a building asked us to look at their sprinkler system. Fire sprinkler maintenance, inspection, testing and repairs to BS 9251 and BS EN 12845, with the certificate within 24 hours.
